MINIB is a stable, purely Czech company that focuses on the production of heating and cooling elements. Since its establishment in 1999, it has built a leading position among world manufacturers on the international market. The company supplies products to more than 40 countries around the world.

The products of the MINIB company, from the design to the finished product, are the work of our employees at the production plant Býkev near Mělník. Job positions in the company include a whole range of manufacturing professions:

  • sales: merchant, trade support
  • design: designer (3D CAD design), business support
  • production management: production planner, production foreman
  • production: operator of bending and forming presses, operator of CNC machines (punching machines, laser cutting stands), welding and spot welding, assembly of fans and convectors
